Any loss or damage to the merchandise while within possession of the hirer will be made good at the expense of the hirer.

Suits must be tried on at time of collection or no responsilibilty taken.

Suitable identification must be shown at all times.

Bags and hangers must be returned or a charge will be made.

Except for the return of bond, no cash refunds will be made under any circumstances. Exceptions under Trade Practices Act acknowledged.

Cancellations of order will incur a $20.00 charge.

A $20.00 bond will be required at time of final payment, which will be refunded on return of merchandise in a accordance with conditions.
