- Suits must be tried on at time of collection or no responsilibilty taken.
- Suitable identification must be shown at all times.
- Bags and hangers must be returned or a charge will be made.
- Except for the return of bond, no cash refunds will be made under any circumstances. Exceptions under Trade Practices Act acknowledged.
- Cancellations of order will incur a $20.00 charge.
- A $20.00 bond will be required at time of final payment, which will be refunded on return of merchandise in a accordance with conditions.
